Simple Girlie Card

This is my weekly PBSC card, I don't like to miss this challenge.
I've made a very simple stepper type card, no measuring needed or any fiddly bits to cut.
as it looks like we may have a bit of sunny weather I thought I'd get it done quickly as there's lots to do in the garden, still clearing up after the winds. I'm also at the dentist a fair bit as I broke my bridge & need a new one, so keeping my mouth tightly closed at the moment, well trying to.

The card recipe is
PB Sweet Thing coloured with promarkers
Me to You papers
MS border punch ( had this for ages & first time used)
Hero arts sentiment
Bazzil card
PBSC One for the Girlies

Many thanks for any comments, hopefully I'll get some more comments done, blogger seemed to be a bit more friendly yesterday.
Take care Ann x

Is Mr Blogger still playing tricks?

I've been tearing my hair out again trying to leave comments & post stuff & keep having to log in & am always anonymous, I thought this had been sorted, laptop nearly out the window today, will have a break & see what tomorrow brings.
Have a nice evening

Pretty in Blue

Hi all, I hope you are all well & looking forward to the weekend, I know I am, but have to do all the repairs after the storm.

This is my first card for a while for the Magnolia challenge, really since it changed to the Hanglar & Magnolia combination, I found this image, actually I won a few of them a while ago & had never used them, this one is really sweet, don't know what she's called, but I think she's my favourite.
I had a look at their website, but they don't seem to have a big selection, but am really tempted by one of them.

Card recipe

Image is coloured with promarkers
Ive used double sided paper & a scrap of dotty paper
Spellbinders ovals
Daisy trim
EK retro punch
Bazzil card
This is for Just Magnolia Challenge

Many thanks for any comments,

Sorry no comments

I've tried to leave several comments, but they're just not working & I'm anonymous too, so sorry, I think Mr Blogger is playing up again.

are you all safe & sound after all the storms? at the moment we have half a tree in the garden & shed is blown over, all my poor veggie plants are in bits, but at least nothing that can't be sorted.
My friends managed a full colour pic in the paper, tree landed right across her car (her tree), there's hardly anyone not been affected, tree down all over the place, one even crushed two cars, chimney pots & other debris lying all over the place, strangely though (fingers crossed) our greenhouse is ok & we're ight on top of a hill wierd, we also have huge scottish pines at the back of the house & really scary seeing them swaying about, didn't get much sleep last night worried they'd come through the house.
everything seems to be a wee bit calmer so off for an early night
Take care & sleep tight

I managed a card this morning while the rain was on, so really early with my challenge card which this week is the opposite of clean & simple.

This is a very quick card, my second for this challenge. It's been a bit of a mental week & so glad it's Friday.
I got my biopsy result & thankfully all is well, just have to have a scan to see what's going on, but that's not till July as consultant is on holiday, so a wee celebration is in order, going to a craft demo tomorrow, so will need to have a wee treat, Chris away to Dumbarton for another piping competition, so have another day to myself, Oh nearly forgot got my Take That tickets too.

Well on to the card, not a lot to say, I've used a stickeroo which I've had around for ages, used a large scalloped oval for masking with TH olive ink, the only green I have, but it matches the flower quite well,
Stampendous & Hero Arts sentiments.
Many thanks for popping in for a visit,
Happy weekend

PBSC Challenge

Clean & simple

Hoorray not rushing at the last minute as  I used the same stamp as last week also had the day to myself as pipe band competitions started yesterday & son away to Dumbar for the day, they got a second & a fourth overall, but 2 firsts in piping.
I must admit I really love these simple cards, this is for Penny Black Saturday Challenge. It did look a bit stark & was lying awake last night thought about folding back the edge & adding the ribbon, I think it just finishes it off
I've used again my new stamp & spellbinders I think these could easily become my favourites, I just love them both.
card recipe
PB Whispers decoupaged with MME free papers & leaves coloured with Sakura glaze pens
Spellbinders wonky rectangles, edged with chalk
Hero Arts sentiment
gems & ribbon
I hope this fits the challenge.
many thanks for any comments, which are always appreciated.

Jenna's 18th

This card is for my gt niece who is 18 on Saturday, she just passed her test too.
I love this little car & when my lottery comes up I'm having one just like it, although the reg number will be considerably larger, ah well I can dream.

I'm as usual very last minute, not been a nice week, hospital on Tues for my lump & back next Tues, then Wednesday raging toothache, which resulted in root treatment. I can laugh about it now, but it was like having electric shock treatment, dentist didn't give me enough  to numb the pain & I was jerking every limb & just about floored him, it was horrendous, still pain gone & wait till I see him next week, he'd better be nice to me.
i was feeling so poorly I went & treated myself to a Tesco sewing machine, but not been brave enough to try it yet.

On to the card I've used
PB About Town
Me to You papers ( which I'm loving) all nice & fresh looking
Mix of stash , WOC & TH Sizzix flowers
Sizzix swirl & alphabet
MS butterfly
Pearls & ribbon from stash
Key charm
I spritzed the flowers & swirl with pearl glimmer mist
Car is glazed with glossy accents.

Many thanks for any comments & for the lovely comments left this week while I've been missing.
Have a lovely weekend.
Ann xx
