This is a late one for me, just back from the cinema to see Harry Potter, which I really enjoyed, been a fan from the beginning so quite sad this is the last one, thought I'd just manage to sqeeze this card in which I managed this afternoon, then off to bed as have to be away early in the morning.

Bunting: PBSC

Hi all, I've been awol again, just not finding the time to be on here , still making jam & gardening along with other things & looks like I'k going to spend the weekend catching up with the dreaded housework & the ironing basket is overflowing too, UGH.
This is a very quick card to catch the deadline, why do they always cause the most problems, you start out thinking I'll have this done in no time & 2hours later still fiddling with it, it was supposed to say PARTY TIME, but ran out of space, anyhow here it is,

I started this card  this morning
& can't remember what  challenge it was for, I'm having too many of these senior moments, I just found it, not tried this challenge before It's the Ribbon Girl shades of Aqua.


I've used Tilda with Lolly which I've had for ages & only just used it, I would not like to count how many of these stamps I have, I am a stampaholic & my name is .... you know the rest,

Flower Power PB @ Allsorts

Hello all, at last we have sunshine, what a mirerable wet few days we've had here, had a busy few days making more jam & clearing out the endless weeds, just tried a new jam this morning, Rhubarb, Lemon & Lavendar, wasn't sure, but had all the ingredients & it's not too bad at all, does leave a hint of lavendar aftertaste, but not unpleasant, so bang goes the diet again.

On to the cards I've managed two which is unusual for me at the moment, first is:

Christmas in July PBSC

This is my card for the PB challenge, not very chatty today, had prep at dentist for new bridge &  mouth is really sore, we're out for a meal in about an hour, so will be on baby food I think LOL, well maybe not as not in a funny mood at all, just want to sit with my head in my hands, sorry for feeling sorry for myself.

Cool Dude

Hi again, weathers been a bit more behaved today, just one shower, we've had lots of flooding here so a good thing the sun came out for a while & I live on top of a hill, wish I was wherever this cool cat is getting all that sunshine, we do have a beach a couple of miles away, but that could be flooded too LOL.
Still busy with the jam, moving on to raspberry now, my son just polished off half a jar while it's still warm.

On to the card, this is for PB challenge Desert Island Stamps, I've chosen this one as it usually only comes out once a year.

Hangler Girl

Hello all, hope you;ve survived the mega downpours & thunder storms, I think we surpassed the total rainfall for the whole month in one day , it's gone quiet for the moment but more coming, ah well I suppose we should expect it we had 2 whole really hot days.

This is my first time back for a whole week, been busy making strawberry jam, we've had a mega crop this year.

I managed a bit of time today  to make a card as it's been so wet, the challenge is shabby chic, which I'm not too sure about as I've not tried that before, I used aged looking DP & distressed the edges a bit, but not too good at that either, can't quite get the concept of destroying nice new papers, her's my effort with my nice new stamp.
