Red White & Blue

this is for two challenges Sketch Saturday h& PBSC the theme is red white & blue to celebrate 4th July.
I'm not too sure about this one, couldn't quite get the balance right, either too much blue or too much white & should I have put gems in the flower centres?
I was getting a bit frustrated with it & have had a mental day between hospital appointments & son's allotments ( he has a sprained ankle so isn't getting about too well) so ended up just sticking it together & hope for the best.
Anyhow, back to the card

Allsorts Challenge & Happy 4th of July

This is a new challenge PB at Allsorts for Penny Black lovers & I am a confessed addict to these lovely stamps except the meeces, I have a really bad phobia.

Tha challenge was A Burst of Summer Colour I hope I have achieved that.

Almost Done

This is my entry for PBSC, I was totally at a loss as to what I could come up with for this challenge of Patchwork sorry got it wrong it's Paper Patch, hope it's the same thing, so wasn't going to bother & this morning wakened up remembering about this little stamp I haven't used for ages & all these squares I've had for years from a scrapbook kit,added a piece of lace & mounted her with foam pads, decided to leave it slightly unfinished, so here we are, nice & simple.

I've watercoloured this image snips & scraps hope that's right will check later.

Hedgie in the bunker

This is my entry for Friday Sketchers, also for PB challenge over on dc forum.
I chose golf as I am surrounded by four golf courses, though I actually don't play.
I thought this little hedgie was battling out of the sand bunker, hence the sandy colours, then my son pointed out he was teeing off, hence the tee so apologies to any golfers , but I still think it's more fun to have him covered in sand!

Snowy in June

Here is my entry for Sketch Saturday & a weekly christmas card make on dc, which is good for me as I do not enjoy making christmas cards it always ends up a chore.

I have used Penny Black image Snowy who is my very favourite christmas image.

Princess Tilda Invites You

This is my second new Tilda, I had a pre budget splurge.... just in case Mr Chancellor was going to curb my stamp purchases (any excuse) so got four PB & 2 Tilda's.
Anyhow back to Tilda's Garden Party everyone's invited.

I have used the Sketch Saturday layout & Just Magnolia Challenge theme of In The Garden.

I have used Princess Tilda image coloured with Promarkers, Sakura silver sparkle for tiara & white souffle for the gloves.

I hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine, I'm off to wash my blinds, then pilates

Ice Cream My Favourite

I just had to try this challenge as ice cream is my favourite thing......any flavour except chocolate.
the chllenge is ice cream flavours.
My treat is a triple cone of Strawberry, Vanilla & Mint crisp, every few weeks even in winter.
I have used these colours along with my new Tilda stamp which I got to use with the ladybug punch,
